2nd Course: Butter Poached Lobster

3rd Course: Duck Breast

• Succulent duck breast with dried cherry and braised red cabbage.

4th Course: Beef Ribeye

• Perfectly cooked beef ribeye with a potato croquette, and bearnaise.

5th Course: Chocolate

• Chocolate Mousse Glace-berries, meringue.
