Join us for an afternoon of curated selections of Champagne and appetizers at Hidden Creek Estates. Led by Hidden Creek Estates’ own Beverage Director and Sommelier, Jared, you will learn all about the region of Champagne in France and the different styles of sparkling wine that come out of it. We will be exploring grower-producer, larger Champagne houses, sweeter, and rose Champagne, ending with a selection over 2 decades old pulled from Hidden Creek Estates’ cellar – a 1999 Delamotte Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne. This Champagne is from a small village called Les Mesnil-sur-Oger and made by one of the most prestigious, world renowned Champagne houses. Each appetizer will be paired specifically with each Champagne. There are only 12 seats available for this exclusive experience so buy your tickets quickly!. Dinner reservations will be available at our pop up restaurant in our wine bar if you want to stay for dinner after.
*Most Champagne expressions will be dry to bone dry
