Celebrate Friendsgiving the Italian way with an unforgettable pasta-making experience at Hidden Creek Estates!
Start the evening with a refreshing welcome drink and a delicious display of antipasti before diving into a hands-on lesson on how to make pici—a classic Tuscan pasta. This interactive class will give you the chance to create your own pici from scratch. The class will be taught by Hidden Creek owners Kim and Jared Malavolti, who learned the art of making pici from an accomplished Italian chef and their dear friend, Joey Fecci.
At the end of the lesson, you’ll get to take home the pasta you made, along with a side of sauce and recipe cards to recreate the dish at home.
Once the pasta-making fun is done, sit back and enjoy a meal of chef-prepared pici, paired with a delectable dessert. Throughout the evening, guests will sample a variety of Italian red wines, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your favorites at the end of the class.
